This is a big feature because we believe it builds community through real-life face:face interactions – at your events!
This feature is currently in beta. It will launch officially Summer 2023, but we have to test and gather feedback to find pricing, etc. We have 10 spots for Beta. By completing the beta test, you will receive access to this feature for free, forever.

Can my Venue join the Beta? What do I need to do?
To Qualify:
- You need a Facebook business page
- You will need to be a Facebook Page Admin
- You will need to have events on Facebook for that page
- You will need to be currently active on our app
- Understand what we’re asking you to do….
What you will do:
- Set up Craft Notes as a business partner on Facebook (2-10 minutes)
- Maintain your events as per usual. We may ask you to save some different types of events as well (5 minutes)
- Potentially, we may ask for 30-45 minute consult related to challenges
- Fill out a questionnaire to help us make sure we’re building what you need (10 minutes)

- IMAGE 1:
1. On LEFT MENU: Select and Expand: Users > Partners
2. SELECT: “Add” (blue button in center)
3. Choose “Give a Partner (craft notes) access to business assets.” - IMAGE 2: Paste our Business ID
