- My order was NOT a “PREORDER”?
- You gotten the 2nd “Order Complete” email?
(This is the date we would have delivered your order to USPS)
- Have you checked tracking provided in that email (if provided)?
- Have you waited at least 15 days from receiving that email?
- Have you double-checked the mailing address from this email and address is correct?

We’re sorry that this has happened to you! If it is our fault, we will take care of it free of charge. To summarize our shipping policy:
- If you chose Standard Flat Rate Shipping (no tracking) we will reship package for a flat fee of $15 with shipping included. May update the shipping address if needed.
- If you chose Media Mail we will track for you or reship for free 👍
If you need to update shipping address we can do so for $15
- If you chose Expedited we will track and reship for free.
Updated shipping address can be done for free if needed.
