Craft Notes is just a small local company and we appreciate your support. Most of the money goes into local artists, writers, and photographers to keep the content looking good and updated.

We’ve tried to make the cost ~2 drinks/month, so that it’s easy for you to get value; just use it at least 2X and you’ll more than make the payment back each month!!!

OK, that was our pitch to stay:) We get it though, you don’t want to pay for something you’re not using. I wouldn’t either. Some people prefer a Passport because is an easier, 1-time investment.

how to cancel a craft notes membership

1) Go to your Profile Page

NOTE: On Iphone, you may also go to MORE > Manage Membership.

2) Click on “Update or cancel”

You will see what your current membership is and the price you are paying per month.

3) Follow the cancellation Prompt

(You will have to click cancel a few times)

4) Confirm Cancellation (last screen)

Note: You will immediately lost access. Please make sure to read the screens. We use PayPal to process subscriptions and this cannot be undone! – If its done in error you will need to sign up for a new account and any days left on your membership will be lost )

That should be about it! Feel free to logon any time to find a list of great local makers nearest to you! You’ll also be able to claim 1 #CraftDrinksforAll each month as we feature a new brewery or distillery (and the people behind it).

If you are showing “Inactive” but have NOT gone through this process, you may still be charged.

It is possible login credentials have not synced properly to Braintree, and so you could be showing ‘inactive’ on the app, while still being actively ‘subscribed’ in Braintree (which handles billing).

If you are experiencing this issue:

  1. Make sure you’ve got an updated app (we fix bugs every week if they come up, and maybe that could be 1 of the issues)
  2. Log out, then Log back in. This will re-synch your account to your braintree subscription.
